Is Santini custom clothing intended for individual orders?
Santini custom clothing is primarily suited to organised team and group projects. Minimum order quantities apply. Contact NextBike with your estimated rider numbers and required garments so the available options can be confirmed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums can depend on the garments, order structure and current custom program. We will confirm the applicable quantities once we understand your proposed range.
Can you help if we do not have finished artwork?
Yes. Our designer can assist from the initial brief through to approved artwork. Logos, brand guidelines, colours, examples or a rough idea are enough to begin the conversation.
Can men's and women's garments be included together?
Mixed garment and fit options may be available within a coordinated order. Availability and applicable minimums are confirmed when the proposed range is known.
Can sponsor logos be included?
Sponsor and partner logos can generally be incorporated during artwork development. Your organisation must have permission to reproduce every supplied logo, trademark and graphic.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on design development, approvals, order confirmation, production capacity and delivery. Contact us before setting an event deadline so the current estimated schedule can be discussed.
Can the kit be reordered later?
Future reorders may be possible, subject to current product availability, minimum quantities, pricing and continued availability of the original garment specifications.
