Keep Your Ride Smooth, Safe & Reliable

At Next Bike Balcatta, we offer professional servicing for all types of bikes — from weekend cruisers to high-performance machines. Our experienced mechanics use top-tier tools and parts to get your bike riding like new.

We service all kinds of bicycles, including e-bikes. We also work on scooters, walking frames, and wheelchairs. If it’s mechanical, there's a good chance we can fix it!

For e-ridables designed for private property use, we kindly ask you to remove the battery before leaving the item with us, for safety and insurance reasons.

We provide expert in-store assessments and advice. We'll quote as much as we can on the spot after chatting and inspecting the bike. This avoids surprise costs and unnecessary follow-up calls.

Over the phone, it’s hard to estimate a service cost without seeing the bike. Until we inspect the chain, cables, tyres, brakes, and bearings, we simply don’t know.

We charge a fair hourly rate for the actual work needed. If something requires us to learn a new process, you won’t be charged for our learning time—only the standard time the task should take.

Our prices reflect a minimum job. For example, if your new road bike has integrated one-piece bars and needs a gear cable, we’ll charge additional labour on top of the base price. If you don’t need that work done, you pay the lowest cost. Fair enough?
